A modern WordPress theme that faithfully recreates the classic **iNove** look
from 2009, updated to run on contemporary WordPress (6.x) without modification.

## Description

iNove TNG (The Next Generation) is a two-column, fixed-width blog theme built
on the architecture of Twenty Twenty 3.0. It preserves the original iNove
colour palette, typography, sprite-based navigation tabs, and pixel-art icon
set whilst replacing deprecated PHP patterns with modern equivalents:
`wp_date()`, `esc_*()` sanitisation, proper action hooks, and HTML5 semantics.

Key characteristics:

- 936 px container, 635 px main column, 301 px right sidebar
- Original iNove image assets reused directly (GPL licence)
- Horizontal nav tabs rendered from `menu.gif` sprite with hover/active states
- Post-meta icons, sidebar bullets, and breadcrumbs from `icons.gif` sprite
- Body texture (`bg.jpg`), dark photo header (`header.jpg`), footer graphic (`footer.jpg`)
- WordPress logo in footer (`wp-logo.png`)
- Responsive breakpoints at 960 px and 640 px (stacks to single column)
- Widget areas, custom menus, custom logo, and post thumbnails all supported
